We Offer Mediation
We offer mediation in easy and convenient ways. Parties can participate in mediation in the following ways:
Video Conference
The parties can be any where in Australia and can take part in the mediation through conversations “Video conference” over the internet.
Room Shuttle
Both the parties are in the same building but in separate rooms – usually the preferred option where there is domestic violence – the parties do not physically come into contact with each other if this model is used.
Phone Conference
The parties can be any where in Australia and can take part in the mediation through conversations over their landline or mobile phones.
Phone Shuttle
Usually the preferred option where there is domestic violence – the mediator will speak separately to each party and will relay information and options for settlement from one party to the other – the parties will not be able to hear the other party speak at all during this process.
Face to Face
Attending a conference room so that both parties are physically together – this is referred to as “face to face.”
